‘U’ Retainer Plate

Description

Suitable for the Large Hog Roast Oven and Mini Spit Roast this is a replacement ‘U’ Retainer Plate. This fits all ‘U’ Retainers and is secured in place with the ‘R’ Clips. It helps ensure the meat is well fastened into position when rotating.

To avoid confusion, the ‘U’ Retainer Plate is shown in the images, highlighted in red.
