If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will do our best to help.

If goods purchased prove unsuitable they may be returned for refund, credit or exchange provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following conditions:-

  • Items must be returned to us, unused with all their original packaging and so in a resalable condition. Please do not stick any labels or notes directly on to the packaging of the product as we will not be able to refund the order.

  • Items are returned within the 14 days from receipt period.

  • All returned items are to be accompanied by the senders' name, address, contact telephone number, order invoice and reason for return.

All costs relating to returns and the items being returned are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty/damaged, see below) until they are received back to us safely with all original packaging. Any damages, lack of original packaging or loss of item will be charged accordingly. We strongly recommend using a signed for service with the Royal Mail/Parcel Force, as until the item is with us, it is still your responsibility. 

Faulty/Damaged Items
If you believe your product is faulty or defective due to a manufacturing fault, you will need to contact us (01246 866800) before we can process the item. In some situations we may need to get the item back to assess and make a decision, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the return up until we agree that the item is faulty and then we will refund this charge. 
Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we have available (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method).


We are unable to refund any used items. So we suggest you make sure the product is to your complete satisfaction before use.

Please advise us of any shortages or problems or carrier damage within 5 days. Unfortunately, any time beyond this will make it extremely difficult to process your claim.

Your Right to Cancel
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order for products. The item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new and complete with the invoice/receipt. A refund minus any postage costs or an exchange will be offered.

All products have a manufacturing warranty. Duration of the warranty is dependent on the length offered by the manufacturer. Minimum length is six (6) months.

If any product is delivered and is found to be faulty then please contact us within 5 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this case, any postage costs incurred by customer in returning the item back to us will be reimbursed.

Procedure for items under warranty

  • Item must be returned to us carriage paid accompanied with a completed warranties form, please email info@tastytrotter.com to obtain.

  • Upon receipt, we will assess if the item can be repaired in-house or if the item needs to go back to the manufacturer under warranty.

  • It is then the decision of the manufacturer whether it is more cost effective for them to repair or replace the item

  • We will then send repaired or replaced item back to the customer at our own expense
