Coronavirus Shipping Message
Riber Products COVID-19 message, whilst business as usual is an overstatement we will continue to ship orders as long as we are able to. Staring from tomorrow we have cut back to a skeleton crew of just 2 people, this may mean that orders take slightly longer to process, but we will do our best to uphold the level of service you have come to expect.
All orders from this point forward must be shipped we are no longer accepting collections from site. Should you need any help or advice on your purchase then our lines are still open, but due to the reduced staffing numbers please email dan@riberproducts.com and request a call back to avoid the frustrations of your call taking longer than normal to answer.
We feel now that we are dictated by how our couriers proceed and as long as they are able to collect we aim to be able to despatch.
